The Image Publishing Data Services project, lead by VicNode, will operate and deliver high quality data services that enable imaging platforms to be data publishers.  VicNode, co-located with the Victorian Life Science Computational Initiative, the Australian Synchrotron and the MASSIVE imaging processing facility, will provide leadership for this national service.

Image Publishing Services at VicNode

• establish a managed MyTardis services at Monash
• establish a managed DaRIS service at the University of Melbourne
• establish an OMERO service at University of Melbourne and QCIF
