The AURIN project is developing an e-Infrastructure that provides (federated) access to an extensive range of data relevant to urban and the built environment research. These data cover a portfolio of government, industry and research organisations. At present 485 data sets are accessible through the AURIN environment. AURIN also offers access to a range of analytical and simulation tools from nationwide collaborators. These tools can/do generate extensive data sets. Many of these tools/simulators run on the NeCTAR Research Cloud with plans for further scaling. The end users of AURIN are offered services to upload and download data to/from their own data space (MyAURIN). This includes support for a range of data formats, CSV, Shapefiles and JSON.
