Melbourne Materials and Fabrication Platform

This collection combines data from two main nodes: the Nanomaterials Characterisation Node and the Advanced Fluorescence Imaging Node. The collection includes microscopy images and data relating to materials science, nano-engineering, biology, immunology, chemistry, food science, microbiology and physics. A major focus is optical super resolution microscopy including STochastic Optical Reconstruction Microscopy (STORM) and Structured Illumination Microscopy (SIM). Other methods include Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), live cell imaging and advanced flow cytometry, including imaging flow cytometry.
